The whole world of work is changing.We are now entering a whole new world-a post-job culture. Individuals will have a portfolio of skills and contracted work from several different sources.
And I myself also have this kind of work portfolio. I dedicate myself on promoting Socratic Dialogue which is one of the most powerful teaching method. I also help people design their own life and get to know how to invest their time and resources to achieve a meaningful, impactful, joyful and fulfilling life. I care about how our healthcare workers can live a healthy and balance lifework by hosting a Podcast. I love writing and am preparing for my first book to be published.
About
Charles Handy envision this new era of work by calling it portfolio work. Nowadays, we should all have a portfolio of skills and contracted work from several different sources. Major companies such as Microsoft have already moved this direction. This new kind of work relationship demands all the more that we know our unique abilities, have a clear vision of our lifework, and know how to maximize our life opportunities.
